Dulverton Hall is the Board’s purpose-designed Supported Housing Scheme situated in a commanding position on Scarborough’s South Cliff in North Yorkshire, offering a secure home within a Christian environment.
The residents' flats are all situated on the front of the building and have spectacular views over the bay and the town, looking towards the castle. There are 28 single and 4 double flats. The scheme was completed in 2002.

As in all the Board's Supported Housing Schemes, each flat at Dulverton Hall has a lounge with en-suite kitchenette facilities, together with a bedroom and bathroom with shower. Lifts provide access to the accommodation on the upper floors. The flats are centrally heated and double glazed and there is weekly support for those who need help to clean their accommodation. A laundry room is provided for personal washing. As the accommodation is unfurnished, residents are expected to bring their own furniture for the flat to make the surroundings as familiar and comfortable as possible. In addition to their own, private accommodation, residents have the benefit of communal facilities such as the spacious dining room where three main meals a day are served, with a choice of daily menu. There are attractive, private gardens to the front and rear of the building and some parking spaces for those who drive.
Dulverton Hall has a Manager and dedicated team of staff to ensure that the needs and welfare of all the residents are met at all times. Each flat is also fitted with a care-call system for any emergencies that may arise, day or night.
Dulverton Hall has its own chapel where regular services are held. For those wishing to join a local congregation, a warm welcome is extended from several local parishes, including St Martin's which is only a short walk away.

Social activities are held on a regular basis at Dulverton Hall and include book discussion evenings, exercise classes, concerts and guest speakers. For the more active there is a swimming pool and sauna in the hotel next door.
An afternoon in the company of friends
Scarborough town centre is a 15-minute walk away. Buses into town drop off and pick up outside Dulverton Hall. There are also local shops close by which include a supermarket and a post office. During the summer season a lift operates from opposite Dulverton Hall to the spa complex, bandstand and the beach.
Dulverton Hall is close to the Yorkshire Moors National Park which includes attractions such as Dalby Forest, Pocklington and the Forge Valley. Scarborough railway station has a direct line to York where connections can easily be made to all parts of the country.
