feedback
Feedback consists of information given by those who come into contact with the Church Commissioners on how we carry out our activities. This may be positive or negative, and should inform the Commissioners in a constructive manner of the individual’s experience of dealing with the Commissioners, and may encourage or suggest improvements in how the Commissioners manage their work.
complaint
A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about the standards of service provided by the Church Commissioners, which has adversely impacted upon the complainant(s). A complaint under this procedure does not include dissatisfaction with the substantive decision, merely how it was handled. Complaints are useful in showing us how we might do things better. If your concern is regarding another part of the church (for example, another part of the National Church Institutions, or a particular parish or diocese) please contact the relevant person there. In either case if you need our assistance in identifying that person, please ask your initial contact.
