In running this procedure it is our objective to manage all feedback effectively. We shall endeavour to ensure:
- All feedback is dealt with consistently.
- All stages to the procedure are clear.
- A swift response to acknowledge receipt of the feedback is issued when requested.
- Where further action is sought, the response will include an explanation of the process and give clear and realistic timescales for the handling of the feedback to manage your expectations.
- There is a clear procedure for analysing feedback in general terms and identifying what can be learnt from it.
- There will be regular review of all recent items of feedback to assess any patterns, the general handling of the feedback and how useful it has been etc.
