Representation and Adjudication Process

 

The Redundant Churches Committee considers representations in respect of proposals for settling the future of churches closed for regular public worship.

 

The representation procedure is explained in the following note and flowchart.

 

Our leaflet Your Views Count explains how we will consider your representation and how you may be able, if you wish, to put your views to our Redundant Churches Committee in person. It also explains the rules operating at Committee meetings where members of the public may be allowed to speak.
