Assistance to those ordained in other Provinces

It is sometimes possible to assist those ordained in other Provinces to obtain posts in the Church of England though this is seldom easy. Unless a priest is available for interview in England there is little chance of that priest being contacted with a view to arranging an interview, and priests are not therefore included in the General Circulation (see paragraph 2) unless they are able to indicate that they will be in England for a period of about 4 weeks. It is highly desirable that contacts are made before arrival though responding to the Vacancy List (see paragraph 3). It always helps to have one or more interviews arranged before you arrive.
