Church of England Pensions Board Logo

The section on the work of the Clergy Payments Department is extensive as, although not the employers of the clergy, the Church Commissioners are responsible for paying a stipend to most clergy, deaconesses and licensed layworkers in parochial or diocesan appointments, and for making pension payments on behalf of the Church of England Pensions Board.

 

 

Communications Training - journalists

A link to a separate website offers details of the training courses available from the Communications unit of the National Church Institutions, while there are also full details of the rooms available for hire, both at Church House and at No 1 Milbank.
