Faith in Copenhagen

The Church of England is involved in a number of initiatives (listed below) in the run-up to the Copenhagen Climate Change Summit this December. 13 Archbishop of Canterbury gives the Operation Noah lecture in Southwark Cathedral .
15 Archbishop of Canterbury hosts an event organised by the Muslim-Christian Forum, Christian Aid and the Climate Change Coalition for young people to agree a statement to take forward to Copenhagen.
16-18 Stand Against Poverty
29 Archbishop of Canterbury hosts a climate change seminar
at Lambeth Palace to highlight how faith communities can mobilise to combat climate change. Read faith leaders statement

12 Archbishop of Canterbury will attend Evening Prayer and Vigil with the Ecumenical Patriarch in a central Copenhagen Church
13 Morning:  Archbishop of Canterbury celebrates the Eucharist in St Alban's Church, Copenhagen
Afternoon: Archbishop of Canterbury preaches at an Ecumenical Service in Copenhagen Cathedral.
