Church activists for global justice were among 8,000 campaigners braving the autumn rain to lobby MPs in favour of fairer trade for the poorest countries.
Christians have played a central role in 2005's Make Poverty History campaign and, in October, campaigners descended on Westminster with balloons, banners and flags for a minute's silence. As MPs emerged from the House of Commons, they were either ferried by rickshaw or walked down the queue to meet their constituents.
