Continuing Ministerial Development

…sometimes known as Continuing Ministerial Education, Lifelong Learning or Continuing Professional Development.

At its heart it's about:

equipping and developing the Church’s ministers in order that they may stimulate and enable the whole Church to participate more fully in the mission of God in the world.

The focus of these webpages is on supporting those with responsibility for equipping and developing licensed and accredited ministers who have completed their initial ministerial education, which for a priest includes their post-ordination training. If post-ordination training is your interest follow the link back to initial ministerial education, alternatively if Continuing Ministerial Development is what you are looking for then you’re in the right place.
