The morning's session began with a SERVICE OF HOLY COMMUNION. The Archbishop of Canterbury's sermon is available as audio here.

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS
DRAFT ECCLESIASTICAL FEES (AMENDMENT) MEASURE
Following debate and a procedural motion, the debate was adjourned following a division of Synod.
The Canon was debated and, without amendment, committed for final drafting.
